Description: Getting to know your strengths and flaws allows you to gain confidence with your job’s responsibilities. This webinar will support you in how to describe yourself as a nanny, and to create a “slogan” to describe you. You will create a list of your unique nanny traits, as well as find ways to improve your nanny vocational skills. Speaker: Vivian Vargas Short Bio: Vivi is the CEO Nanny, but before, she taught for twenty-five years. The pandemic was a catapult for many to look for new avenues and goals! She also took the challenge to navigate into the "Nanny World". What she loves about being a Nanny is that she can sync with parents to reach their goals. She has understood that the job is not about her. She also enjoys being a caregiver because daily obstacles are opportunities to use a "Plan B" and succeed. Finally, as a lifelong learner, she improves her craft to allow children to grow to be the best they can be. Vivi is an "Energizer Bunny" —she has been part of the Parent's and Teacher Association, Counselor for the Presidential Honor Society, Fundraiser for St. Jude and Juvenile Diabetes, Volunteers in libraries around the towns she babysits or Presides the Hispanic Baptist Women of New JerseyUBEMH (Facebook) or guides parents as an Early Intervention Teacher or Tutor. She is a busy bee and her new favorite place to learn has been becoming a member of INA. Future plans for her seem to be conducive to help parents to find jobs for their children with disabilities. She finds joy in assisting others to find the best in themselves, because she believes the world is a wonderful place to discover!
