Jodi Congdon - owner of Hip to Heart, a busy birth and postpartum doula agency in the Boston area. Her commitment to elevating birth and postpartum care led her to become a member of the CAPPA Faculty, where she proudly serve as the Postpartum Doula and Lactation Educator Trainer for New England.

Beyond Jodi's work with families, she is deeply invested in nurturing the doula community. She's taken her experiences of founding and growing a successful birth and postpartum doula agency and translated them into actionable strategies for other doulas. Through in person trainings and digital courses, like Birth Boss® Academy and Birth Boss® Agency, she aims to empower birth professionals to not only excel in their care but also to thrive in their businesses. Jodi made it her mission to foster a supportive, knowledgeable, and sustainable doula community that stands strong in both passion and profitability.

Jodi's journey into the world of pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding began with her own empowering experiences of giving birth, including welcoming two of her daughters right at home in the Boston area where she lives with her husband, their three incredible daughters, two cats, and a dog.
